This day is one of the most important celebrations in Argentina. This holiday is celebrated as Argentina’s Independence Day on 25th of May, they had this independence from the Spanish kingdom. But this has a series of events of May, in this day they really celebrate the revolution of May.


This day is celebrated with family, the families will gather and it “Locro”, a famous dish in argentine. And they will also hear speeches given by important persons from the government.
