Tango Festival The Tango Festival is celebrated in August the 10 th and ends the 23 rd Tango is one of the country’s traditions. It is a dance originated in La Boca, a neighborhood by a port in Buenos Aires. Every year tango dancers from all over the world come to Argentina to compete in la Boca, its origin place. The whole city gets involved with tango music, movies, and events.
Climate Argentina is subject to a variety of climates. The north of the country, including latitudes in and below the Tropic of Capricorn, is characterized by very hot, wet summers, which result in a lot of swamp lands, with mild drier winters, and is subject to periodic droughts during the winter season.
